Replace conventional BIN cards with smart BINS (eBin Tags) Every Shelf/ Bin is tagged with RFID eBin. Tag stores Part number, Location and the current Balance.
Touching Inventory reader to the Tag, displays "Part number" and "Current Balance".
To Add/ Issue quantity from BIN, "Press Any Key" on the reader, enter the quantity to Add/ Issue and touch the eBIN Tag. eBin Tag gets updated and the transaction is stores in the reader.
Transaction log with date time stamp is then transfered to PC/ Server.
