DDS Guard Tour Monitoring System gives better ROI on security guard investment. Guard monitoring system aka Guard Patrol System is a paper less recording and reporting system. A simple system to record presence of person at predefined location. Presence of guard improves overall security thus giving better ROI. Guard patrolling system is made of portable device called RFID reader and location tags called tour stations. These are are fixed at locations where guard visits when on patrol. On reaching the location, guard takes the portable reader in vicinity of location tag. This records the guard’s presence with date and time. Guard patrolling system also records any abnormity in the portable device. The data is either stored in memory of the reader or is transmitted to the server. This is also known as Guard Tour Patrolling System. It is also able to monitor facility management, water/ electricity meter reading and all kins of Guard Tour Monitoring activity. Guard Patrol System can be also monitored from a central location.
How Guard Tour Monitoring System Works ?
The Guard Tour Monitoring System work together to record the presence of security personnel at predefined locations using a portable RFID reader and location tags known as tour stations. These stations are strategically placed at critical points where guards must visit during their patrol. When a guard reaches a tour station, they bring the RFID reader in close proximity to the location tag, which records their presence along with the date and time. Guard Patrol System ensures that security personnel are diligently performing their duties.

IoT enabled Guard Tour Monitoring
IoT enabled GTMS is for monitoring multiple sites. The data is stored in DDS cloud software. A SIM card is required. All users access reports from their Mobile or Laptop or PC after login with secured username and password. IoT enabled GTMS reader transfers data to DDS cloud server through GSM network.
DDS GTMS reader is Make in India and BIS certified, cost effective monitoring solution for small, single site security monitoring and EVENT reporting system. The software is installed on desktop and data is transferred to PC manually by connecting the GTMS reader to USB port of PC.
